Josey Wales Posted February 5, 2016 Report Share Posted February 5, 2016 FWIW, I was talking to one of the HK reps at SHOT about the VP9 and VP40, and said that much as I like the idea of a .40, the VP40 is not actually the same size as the VP9, the slide is thicker.....to which he replied, "How about if it was in .45?" with a bit of a smile. Then I saw the Walther post, I got to thinking maybe HK had one in the works. Trust me on this; If HK markets the VP series in .45 for the military, it will sell, sell, sell.
