MPFiveO Posted October 2 Report Share Posted October 2 A few years back Colt decided to take advantage of the peak of the clone market. They made a few different models with US Property markings. They only made a couple thousand of each model. The next best thing is a clone receiver made by Intl Mil Co. Their receivers are actually roll marked where most others are laser engraved. IMC owns the copyright on GM Hydramatic Div but they also do receivers that you can add markings to. The cheap and easy option is to get a H&R clone by PSA. Except for the laser engraved markings they're a decent clone of a Vietnam era rifle. The Colt M16A1 reissue is what the SP1 should have been back in the day.
