This can be used by licensed FFLS to convert ps90 rifles to full auto or used with factory full auto p90s as a repair part. THESE ARE NOT DROP IN COMPATIBLE WITH SEMI AUTO PS90 RIFLES. IF YOU ARE AN 07/02 FFL ID BE HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CONVERSION. Because these are not drop in items, they can be freely sold to anyone, but unless youre qualified to do so, do not modify them to fit semi auto rifles as you would be creating an illegal machine gun at that point.
