The internal geometry of our blast shield features a cone shape which helps shift the recoil impulse on most operating systems to feel more like the “push” of suppressed shooting vs the “snap” of a flash hider or open muzzle. Our blast shields are Non-NFA and do not reduce sound or function as a suppressor. However, they are perfect for simulating suppressors both in weight and form.
