40MM Reloading Parts Pricing and Sourcing?

Recommended Posts

Sorry if there is already a great source for finding this info, but the guides I found are coming up a bit short/are outdated with regards to how much some of this stuff can be found for used in the case of pushers/shells/chalk proj and how much some of the blanks are costing nowadays and suggested sources for any of this stuff. I was hoping to print anything I can to save per round with the goal being to just have some fun, ammo to plink through an M203 with it being even better if it can be chalk rounds so I can see when they hit downrange. I’m just now getting started and don’t have anything fully figured out so any advice on what you would do if you were starting from scratch is really appreciated.

If there was ever a reason to get on reddit...

I have a bunch of once fired zinc pushers and complete projectiles for sale. Printing the nosecones is easy. Printing pushers isnt hard but you need to add weight and may not be saving money. Printing cases is harder and they handly ever last more than one shot.

When the sources are drying up you know the prices are going to go up also. I have a lot of reloading things for 40mm from new unfired white cases and green aluminum reloadable cases, have new zink pushers, nose cones, blanks.  Have many dum-dum rubber slugs, have the long aluminum cases, have the aluminum reusable pushers that hold the 14.5 mm exploders/ marker rounds, just a bunch of stuff for 40 mm. I Have thought about thinning out some of them but can’t find the time to go thru them and load some more. If I can get motivated I can supply many guys with the 40 mm ammo. Price won’t be cheap but all are reusable so you can get unlimited loadings from most of them. If I knew there was enough interest in the ammo I might get motivated enough to dig them out and do some selling.
