Mazak
I have sold a suppressor out of state. A local SOT is new at this business and not sure himself. What do I need to do to get this transferred. It’s currently on form 4. Can I simply give to local SOT to transfer to the end SOT or can I send directly to end SOT ? Thanks in advance for. Bill in Bama
The can must transfer to the in state SOT on a form 4 and then he transfers to an SOT in the receiving state on a form 3, who will transfer to the individual in that state on a form 4. subgun24
Seller can also form 4 to the out of state SOT directly and then that SOT will form 4 to the buyer in his state. Save you 1 step.
