It has the adaptor that interfaces with the Type 99 as well as manufactured clamping handles on the tripod head to lock the elevation. $850 plus shipping to your location. SOLD One is an original early MG34 tripod known as the music stand tripod. These were issued for MG13 as well as MG34, and they will also work with MG15 if you use the bipod adaptor.
