While that sounds good, the sellers 5320 becomes void as soon as the gun is no longer registered to him. Who would catch that.....probably no one. I recently sold an SMG to a dealer in a neighboring state and intending to transport it myself I tried to file a Form 20 after approval of the Form 4. It was rejected just as you indicate but I also received an explanatory email from ATF stating that the approved Form 4 was sufficient authorization for me to legally transport it.
