We have multiple options on exceptionally rare B&T USA Factory GL06-40 less lethal grenade launchers! We were able to obtain a limited amount of US-manufactured LE kits which are fully transferable to civilians. Cash prices listed below, we can also accept cards on these for +3.5%. These appear to be in factory new condition, unfired other than the test rounds from the factory. Most factory B&T 40mm are Swiss-made 40mm receivers, and therefore restricted from civilian sale.

Option 1:

With only 6 known examples made, these are exceptionally rare Swiss-made GL06 receiver that were imported as a 37mm, then factory converted and registered by B&T USA as a GL06-40 40mm less lethal grenade launcher. We confirmed provenance of these serials with B&T USA, with their records reflecting the import as 37mm and factory conversion to 40mm. You will notice in the pictures that 40mm is in a different font, laser engraved in the US by B&T USA when these were converted. These appear to be in factory new condition, unfired other than the test rounds from the factory. A factory B&T Swiss-made 40mm imported receiver is restricted from civilian sale, so this highly unique Swiss made receiver is your only option to own a factory registered 40mm with Swiss made receiver. This was sold as a LE kit and includes a hard case and an Aimpoint T-1 red dot optic. These DO NOT include any other accessories.

ONLY ONE REMAINING! Tampa, FL manufactured receiver by B&T USA. This is not a converted 37mm flare launcher, but your chance to own a factory made 40mm launcher! The LE kit includes a hard case and an Aimpoint T-1 red dot optic. This does NOT include the 40mm cleaning kit and sling, and may (but is not guaranteed to) include a patch, and Aimpoint packet as pictured.

These are Utah manufactured receivers by B&T USA. This is not a converted 37mm flare launcher, but your chance to own a factory made 40mm launcher! The LE kit includes a hard case and an Aimpoint T-1 red dot optic. These do NOT include any other accessories. Given the current B&T situation, these might be the rarest US launchers by total quantity made.

What is the transfer process?
This 40mm launcher is classified as a destructive device, and will transfer on a Form 4 to you with payment of the $200 tax stamp. If you are in AL, we can transfer this to you at our Huntsville location or ship to a dealer near you. The ATF allows any FFL with SOT to transfer a limited number of destructive devices each year but not all know this or feel comfortable doing so. We will work with the purchaser to find a dealer in your state willing to transfer the launcher to you.

What do I shoot in these?
Common loads are 40mm chalk rounds, smoke rounds, foam impact rounds, and "beehive" inserts allowing up to 18 rounds of 22 LR to be fired at one time, or 4 rounds of .410 gauge. Yes, chalk rounds are still legal! The chalk round without the .38 S&W blank installed is an inert, unregulated item and the blank is shipped the same as normal ammo. You are legally allowed to insert the blank and then fire the round, the same as mixing a binary explosive like Tannerite. Once the blank is inserted, the round needs to be fired - it cannot be transported or stored like this. We are able to source chalk rounds, smoke rounds, and foam impact rounds for the purchaser.

Sales Tax
We have locations in Georgia and Alabama, and must collect 6% sales tax on all sales to Georgia residents and 9% sales tax on all sales to Alabama residents.
