Navgunner
I added a few more bolts to my website https://navgunner.com/navgunner-llc/ols/products/norrell-1022-anti-bounce-bolt John Norrell Inc. and Navgunner LLC have teamed up to reproduce the original Norrell Ruger 1022 full auto anti-bounce dead blow bolt. It is made to the same exact specs used in conjunction with the Norrell full auto trigger pack. These bolts are original and hard to acquire factory Ruger bolts made in the 1970's to 1990's before Ruger replaced them with a later bolt casting unsuitable for the required modifications. The Norrell bolt works by creating a "dead blow action" that eliminates bolt bounce to prevent light primer firing pin strikes. Light primer hits result in unfired rounds when shooting in the full auto mode. All bolts in closed bolt MGs will bounce when chambering a round unless there is a mechanism in place to keep the bolt from bouncing and creating a gap between the bolt and cartridge. The Norrell bolt has also been found to create more secure bolt closure in regular semi-auto only Ruger 10/22 ™ rifles. This will be a limited run of bolts due to difficulty in procuring these original bolts for our modifications. Each bolt is test fired before shipping in a Norrell full auto rifle with CCI Mini-Mag ™ ammo and factory Ruger™ 10 round rotary magazine to assure proper functioning. Notes: 1. The host bolts that we had to source are unfortunately no longer in production but we were still able to acquire a small number of quality surplus units for this project. 2. The pocket for the reciprocating weight is now cut using modern EDM so we’re able to incorporate a radius feature which significantly reduces stress concentrations in that area. 3. These bolts retain the plunger locking feature. 4. Bolts are marked with both the NORRELL & NAVGUNNER logos because we’re extremely proud of this product and what it means to John’s legacy. 5. Each individual bolt is test fired to ensure quality using a 10-round rotary magazine and CCI MiniMag ™ ammo (40 grain).

I'm currently out of stock with respect to bolts but I do have just a few plunger assemblies left. I'll have a few more bolts available but I'd expect it to be winter 2026. If someone is interested, send me a PM with your first and last name, email and phone number. @Sandman92 your profile states that you're in CA; unfortunately, I don't sell to individuals in California (only licensed dealers).
