SFP23 Posted January 10 Report Share Posted January 10 I am having trouble submitting an eForm 4. Last Saturday I filed two and they were approved on Friday. Tried yesterday and today and keep getting the same error message after the final step. We click 'Sign and Submit', transferee username and PIN is accepted, then transferor PIN is entered and the result is this error code: Message: There was an error. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact your system administrator Same message every time. Tried it on three different computers. I sent a request through 'ASK THE EXPERTS' Is there some other route to ' contact your system administrator'? Anyone else experience this problem? Uncle Zeek Posted January 10 Report Share Posted January 10 Yes. I submitted two eForms 4 this past week. On the first day, I got that error message several times, then the last attempt the screen just froze up. The next day I tried again - over 20 attempts to get the first submission to get accepted, and the second one took at least seven tries, but both are now showing as "pending".
