Mint one, Fleming conv, slotted rail went for 42 last month. $35 will sell pretty quickly, higher you get above $45 will sit longer (like months and months). Rueban has one sitting at $55 right now. Variables include sear gun vs. conversion, who did conversion (e.g Billistics better than SWD), how butchered is rail or not, overall condition. I welcome others opinions.
