GMANINGA
AK Arms did outstanding work on my vector Uzi.. basically, feedramps, paint and remark. … Highly recommended.
45pulse
He does a great job on the “full smg treatment” regarding converted UZI’s. Great welding and engraving quality. He also has a fast turn around compared to other smiths and maintains good communication which I appreciated.
Ryanjj
All is true above. I will say he’s super pricey, does he do good work yes. Does owning a machinegun void what you have to pay in repair costs? YMMV.
WTC
I recommend Matt Weiss with 1337 Tactical in South Dakota for your Uzi work. He fixed my full size Uzi and refinished two of my other Uzis over the last year. He is a perfectionist and is very honest , reasonably priced and a nice guy. His phone number is (605) 261-6160 and he has Facebook and Instagram accounts.
eMGunslinger
Myself, Matt Weiss at 1337 Tactical, and Andrew at AK Arms are the usual people working on UZI's and we are all friends. Andrew is very OCD and does exact markings, refinish and all that.
