subgun24 Posted November 5 Report Share Posted November 5 @Cincylance The $200 charge I had was a C&R form 4 out of state. That approval still has not been mailed to the transferor. Nothing is visible on eforms to individuals are far as I know. Even dealers need to wait for the form 4 to be mailed to them as well, but you can see the firearm show up in inventory ahead of receiving the mail. I am assuming eforms is limited for individuals so that ATF can comply with laws keeping government from collecting lists of firearm owners, but not sure.
