Nunns Guns Posted August 22 Report Share Posted August 22 (edited) For sale to the discriminating Buyer or Collector, is an original German H&K 9mm MP5A3 SMG, fully transferable on eForm 3, with paperwork. Now reduced to $62,750 plus shipping and insurance. This was a police trade in gun from a Southwest USA PD (very dry climate) and is in VG+ condition. It has been in the possession of only one FFL dealer, the same FFL who obtained it from the PD in 1990. It has an “IF” date code, for 1985, and paperwork showing it was transferred from H&K to the PD in November of 1985. This MP5 will come with an original H&K OD green web sling (not pictured), and THREE original German H&K 30 round 9mm [lightly used] mags, also not pictured. A [slightly redacted] copy of the verification letter from ATF will be provided to the buyer, which states that it was “imported and registered .... prior to May 19, 1986, under 26 U.S.C. 5844” ..... and that “this machinegun has met the government use import exception [and is] therefore ..... transferable.“ (This letter contains info on multiple additional MG’s, and that info will be redacted.) A [very slightly redacted] copy of the original transfer form for this gun, from H&K to the PD, will also be provided to the buyer upon completion of the sale. (This form has serial numbers of other MP5’s that were transferred to the same PD at the same time; this info on these other guns will be redacted from the copy of this original.) $62,750, plus shipping & insurance.
