I just received the letter back from NFA Division stating it is fully transferable - that means transferable to any individual who can legally own a silencer, not just SOTs. Form 3 Info: Serial Number: 92953 Manufacturer: Heckler and Koch Silencer Caliber: 9 Product Type: Silener Model: MP5SD2 Overall Length: 12 The only marking on it is the Serial #.
