This is a 4" Model 19 with the Secret Service logo engraved and filled with gold along with all of the text. The grips are smooth presentation Goncalvo Alves. The walnut French fitted presentation case has the Secret Service star embossed on the outside. 2,000 were estimated to be produced. The gold in the inlay is faintly present. Condition is excellent plus to mint. The box has scratches and dings, otherwise VG to excellent. Never fired, see pics. Additional pictures available. $1,100.00 plus $50 insured shipping to lower 48.
