KickStand
I’m aware the MG market is down at the moment but I’m kinda entertaining the idea of selling or trading, a like new (ERMCO) BAR M1918A2. By like new, I mean it’s been fired one time (20 rounds), by my late friend (I haven’t even shot it). This is something that I planned on keeping but it’s just not in my MG wheelhouse. Therefore, I’m looking for feedback on pricing (sell/trade value). I’m not in a rush to sale/trade, as I’m in the fence about selling it. Any help is greatly appreciated. The gun is on a Form 4 too. I don’t want to post too many pictures because of the scammers but here’s an ejection port side of the receiver. TYIA
MPFiveO
I don't know if my response will be helpful but I'll start with this, it's not just machine guns, it's across the board with everything. I watch a lot of auctions on GB and other sites. Everything is taking a dip right now. A couple of examples... FN FNC rifles in recent times were selling between $6K and $7K regularly. I just watched one end on GB for around $4400. Colt SP1's have taken the same dip. They were selling for $1800 to $2000 for an average model. I just watched a few sell for $1500 and one for $1300. So, it's not just machine guns taking a hit. I watched my stock portfolio take a big hit after the Tariff announcement. It's slowly climbing back up. I'm not worried because all of this is temporary. There's still time to build back up before another administration can move in and once again destroy the best economy this country ever saw. If you aren't in a hurry to sell for a reason then just sit on it until the economy gets better. You'll be glad you did. 1

1968fastback
Can you send me a message, I'm not sure how to do it. I’m new here and I’m seriously interested in your ERMCo bar. I almost bought a group bar last year but I found out they have a two piece cast receiver. Once I found out, I decided to look for something that didn’t have a cast receiver (ERMCO). The last ERMCO I seen, sold for $39.5k this year and that was over my budget.
gftiv
GI guns were made from cast steel. (Armasteel?). No problems with those guns used properly

If I list it for sale, it’ll be posted on Sturm. I’ll keep you in mind. At the moment, I’m kinda leaning towards trading it.
