StrangeRanger
I recently purchased a Beretta carbine from him. The transaction went smoothly. He shipped promptly and everything looked good. Then we unpacked the gun and found a previously undivulged crack in the wrist of the stock. When I inquired about it he replied: "I remember looking at it years ago, taking stock off and not seeing any evidence of it getting any deeper in the wood than regular scratch. Do not think it should be called a full crack. Please investigate further, and if it is not to your liking you can always return it back to me." He did offer to take it back so I can't complain that I was somehow cheated but I regard the failure to disclose a known problem as a serious breach. FWIW I will not be returning the gun to him. I have already contacted a stock smith about the repair. I do not think that I will do further business with him. As always caveat emptor
