The gun will either transfer to your dealer on an eForm 3 or if you're a Texas resident it may also transfer to you directly on an eForm 4. Transfer taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. If it transfers out on a form 3 to another dealer, shipping via USPS registered mail is included in the price.
