For M60 collectors, these dates are important being that the M60 was the primary medium Machine gun for all US Military Branches in 1979... Saco Defense (the US Military Manufacturer) also first started selling Transferable M60s to dealers in 1976. Making these a good year for transferable M60 Owners. These are also correct for the M60e3, M60e4, M60e6, M240 and M249.....
