AlexL Posted March 30 Report Share Posted March 30 (edited) I have an Austrian MG42/MG74 7.62X51mm blank adapter set and 1,000 Radway Green British NATO 7.62X51 blanks for sale. The blank adapter set consists of a like-new Steyr barrel throated to accept the blanks, the barrel bearing, and the two part blank adapter. This is a matched set, and the blank adapter itself will not accept a standard sized barrel bearing. Also, the barrel has been factory throated for blanks, and is probably not safe to shoot live ammo in it because the case head is not fully supported for the higher pressure live ammo. The blank adapter assembly works flawlessly with all the types of blanks I have used. It is supposed to compensate for the different blank power ranges. The blank adapter consists of an inner compensator/pressure regulator and the outer blast assembly that will protrude from the flash hider to indicate that the system is in the gun.. The 1,000 blanks are Radway Green British NATO brass blanks. These blanks are very powerful and loud, unlike the German plastic blanks. The blanks are packaged in 50 round reusable plastic boxes. Price for the blank adapter assembly is $750, the 1,000 blanks are $500, plus actual shipping/insurance.
