Question about premays to transferables

Recommended Posts

I see guys posting "This was a pre-may sample which has now been certified transferable by NFA Division" I want to know what it takes to see if your gun can qualify  for a  this reclassification.  I'm trying to see what it takes.  I have a couple of Premays that I want to know about.

I just transferred all of them into my personal trust.  2 made it. 1 didn’t

ultimate proof is doing it

Just because you transfer it and get approval doesn’t mean it can’t change… unfortunately

What if you are no longer a dealer and are asking about keepers?

Doesn't matter if you are a current SOT holder or not. Everyone is free to ask.
