JNI

Recommended Posts

Fully transferable Fleming auto sear.

O 1 A marked trigger housing.

17.7" barrel, 40.35" OAL

Restamped to model as G3.

Caliber .308.

No magazine included. Flash hider has rust on it.

This firearm has been in storage for decades

Sear is registered in 9mm, 223 and 308.

Receiver serial number is listed on the ATF form under additional information. However, ATF says you can use this registered sear in a different HK type firearm by placing the host firearm back to a non-NFA configuration such as using a semi-auto trigger pack, semi-bolt, etc. BATFE asks that you send NFA a letter signed and dated stating that the host firearm is no longer in an NFA configuration and you ask that the NFA database reflects this.

Firearm is partially disassembled, however, it does appear to have all its parts. If not, you may have to obtain some piece(s) to complete. ATF disassembled this firearm to locate the sear before releasing the firearm to me for court ordered liquidation.  It is being sold as we received it from ATF and the price reflects it is being sold "as is" and has not been reassembled or test fired.

Price is $35k with $250 shipping and insurance USPS Registered.

Please be aware that John Norrell, Inc. DOES NOT advertise with North Carolina Gun Shop.

Firearm(s) in this ad are possessed by, titled to, and will be shipped by John Norrell Inc.  These are not being brokered and are not third-party sales. Firearm in this ad will be transferred to a class III dealer on an ATF E-form 3.

Acceptable payment will be in the form of either a cashier's check or a money order payable to JOHN NORRELL, INC.  Firearm will be shipped when payment clears the bank and the ATF eform transfer has completed.  Should the bank put a hold on funds, the firearm will be held until that hold clears.

Because UPS and Fedex no longer ship machine guns, we will be shipping USPS registered mail.  Buyer will have 5 days to inspect firearm upon receipt by the FFL holder.  Any issues or questions should be addressed during that time.
