Greasegunner
The Italicised verbiage is from the ATF website ATF has begun sending notices to owners of Forced Reset Triggers, specifically Rare Breed Triggers’ FRT-15s and Wide-Open Triggers (WOTs) in ATF custody that were seized as part of an earlier recall effort with instructions to request their return. They were originally seized claiming ther were machineguns This is great news !!! Edited February 23 by Greasegunner
Got Uzi
Only if you are a member of certain groups. Fellow FFL/SOT tried to get one returned to him and was denied as he wasn't a member of GOA or something. This isnt a blanket return policy

This isnt a blanket return policy yes the member of the groups were the ones that were included in the decision. NAGR ( National Association of Gun Rights) Bottom line: In what world does Atf return what they consider Illegal Machine Guns !!!
Chef
I'm surprised they actually kept them! I would have figured that once they were handed over, the matter would be closed and the items destroyed rather than inventoried, cataloged and stored. MPFiveO
The only reason they weren't destroyed is because there was ongoing litigation and they were not allowed to destroy "evidence" until the lawsuits had run their course. Had these been muffler shop Stens they would have already been recycled into substandard aircraft parts.
