faacop Posted February 19 Report Share Posted February 19 I picked this gun up in Oct 91 and it is time to let it go. It came out of an Orlando Police Department and had a paint job on it and clean when I got it. Used it occasionally and in 2021 Terry Dyer went thru it, new barrel, paint job, full inspection. Sat in my safe until late last year when I took a class with Tactical Firearms Academy and ran about 350 rounds thru it without any issues. Just in parts there are about 5K at today’s prices. Looking to sell to a collector who wants a real HK firearm, no import marks, no metal to metal sears, no timing issues and enough parts to last the life of the new owner. Will have to go out on a Form 4, paper filed as I am no longer a dealer. I just talked to NFA branch to confirm paper work, and she said paper Form 4s are running 143 days. NFA sent me documentation as to being fully transferable. I will not split up the gun from parts as I am 70 and into Motorcycles and travel and don’t have the time to sell separately.
