The rifle was registered by Jonathan Arthur Ciener and was in Vaughn's inventory until I purchased it from him. Rifle is in my Eform inventory on form 3 for immediate transfer. Rifle is in great shape and was shot very little. I personally fired it and confirmed it works and have tried other upper receivers on it with no issues. According to Vaughn the OD Green is Gun Kote.
