They are out there. I have a Fleming unit for my M11/9. It will shred a soda can at 10 feet. Beyond that it's just fun to watch the fountain of brass spew out of the right side. It's like an angry little square Sten.

That seller has a lot of MAC Cobray stuff. It's entirely possible he might have another kit.

The Lage 22 kits for the M11/9's were good. The Fleming ones are a horrible abomination of 80's manufacturing. There is nothing correct about those uppers and it is amazing to me people buy them at all. I've worked on a lot of 22 MG's and those uppers are so bad that I won't work on them for people anymore.

I won't disagree with you. I got lucky and got a good one. It runs great with good magazines and decent ammo. I do wish Fleming had made the receiver longer to slow down the rate of fire. It's a buzz box as is.
