Form 4 was approved from seller to them, but then the seller stopped cooperating with them. After a few weeks I requested to cancel my order because no progress was being made on their end. After some heated emails between Mike and myself, they refunded my half down minus the 10% of the total purchase price as a “restocking fee”. They seem to be a great when things go great company, but they’ll happily hang you out to dry if things go south. Either that or they keep their regulars happy to keep good PR, but they’re indifferent to the outcome on the rest because they’ll still get their “restocking fee” profit.
