We're a bunch sbr that were imported with dealer sample restrictions treated like a premay. Then they removed the stock stuck a Jenky brace on them and sold as a pistol. Thought that was enough until a bunch of people found thier reciever was still registered as a dealer sample and atf had been notified that it was turned into a rifle. But the kept the short barrels on put on a brace and thought they were good. Then the atf got wind and the old once a rifle always a rifle so the ones converted to pistol and sold were contraband. I personally know 3 people that shelled out like 8k for these whole guns and had to surrender the reciever. And the mfg that did it lost thier liscense as lea deal to avoid the pokey. So just some interesting background. The whole thing was stupid as hell.
