Putting multiple items on one Form 4

Recommended Posts

I'm trying to create a Form 4 transfer of two suppressors to a customer, but I can't figure out how to do it.  I know it happens from a MFG. to me, I've received many Form 3 transfers of multiple NFA items on one transfer.  Is it possible on a Form 4?  If so, how?

I've never seen that. It's always been my understanding that transfers to an Individual on F4 had to be done one item per form. Otherwise there would be no way for ATF to issue multiple tax stamps for multiple items on one form.

You know, that's right, I should have thought of that first.

Thanks for the comments.

Fwiw, I’ve only seen paper tax free forms where all info matched for the items except there were multiple serial numbers listed on the form

No.

The concept of multiples on one form is that it's the same item with multiple serial numbers like 100 flash bangs to an agency.  Same everything except, serial 100-200 (example). Or maybe they buy or sell 10 of the same suppressor?
