This one is in excellent condition as you can see in the photos. The parkerized finish is even all over the weapon with very few signs of wear. The felt on the dust cover / safety cover is in great condition and the weapon functions flawlessly. The grease gun was developed as a cheaper replacement over the expensive to produce Thompson sub machine gun. Some M3A1's still in U.S. Military inventory served for many years even as recently as Desert Storm as a tank crew weapon.
