SVA
I did some research online and found very little information on this rifle. It is a Winchester 1886 45-90 cal, serial number shows it was made in 1887. Was there many produced? Is there a market for it? Or is it to odd ball. I know nothing about lever actions, Ive never owned one before. Im just trying to get a better understanding of what I have here? (If this is in the wrong topic I appologize I wasnt sure where to ask)
smdub
Very nice! I have one about the same age in 45-70. You can get a letter from the Cody Center from the orig Winchester records. Will give what configuration it left the factory. https://centerofthewest.org/explore/firearms/firearms-records/winchester/
