United Surplus Arms Posted November 29, 2024 Report Share Posted November 29, 2024 Can a police department in 1 state (e.g. Ohio) transfer NFA items (e.g. suppressor) to a FFL/SOT in another state (e.g. Kentucky)? can this be done directly on a Form 5? thanks in advance.
