WRA1885 Posted October 25, 2024 Report Share Posted October 25, 2024 (edited) I am looking for a SIG 510-4 bolt assembly. I am currently building a SIG PE57 in 7.62 Nato. I am reading on various forums that a SIG PE57 bolt assembly must be modified to function with the 7.62 Nato cartridge. However, I have examined my PE57 bolt assembly extensively and I cannot figure out what modifications are required other than machining a new extractor that catches the 7.62 Nato cartridge rim. If anyone has detailed drawings of the modifications required to the PE57 bolt assembly to function with the 7.62 Nato cartridge, I would appreciate a copy of those drawings.
