tranham
Excellent M2 made by Inland. Form 4 lists maker as Inland as well. I picked this up recently from a local estate. Was owned by chief of police in Springfield TN at one point Comes with sling, oiler, mag, flash suppressor and NOS m4 bayonet with scabbard made by Camillus. It’s a rare prototype wooden handled model. Carbine has early flat bolt, nicely marked stock (Red River Arsenal Depot), Inland General Motors 2-44 barrel, bore is mirror shiny. Runs great! I can do 1/2 down and 1/2 on transfer. Available for test fire near Nashville TN. SPF Email for more pics. Tranham@hotmail.com references on request. dspdsp
Please add viewable photos, current gun photos are blacked out. Is this receiver stamped m1, m2 or "2" overstamped on top of "1"? Thanks

raycer911
The receiver is marked M1, not M2 - so what is the actual registered part - the receiver or trigger assembly? Please show the Form 4 description for clarification. Is the underside of the barrel import marked?
tranham
No import markings. Gun is registered to receiver. I was told pre 68 registered but no paperwork trail to confirm. Hope this clears things up.
