As per ATF Sec 479.105 (f), a MANUFACTURER or IMPORTER type FFL/SOT may take possession of this post sample machine gun WITHOUT the need for a Law Enforcement Demonstration Letter.

 

If you are a 07/02 Manufacturer, this post sample machine gun can be transferred to you without requiring a Law Enforcement Demonstration Letter.  If you are a 01/ Class 3 or 02/ Class 3 you can still buy this post sample machine gun but the transfer will require a Law Enforcement Demonstration Letter. 

Payment is required within 5 business days of sale.  Buyer is responsible for actual shipping costs that will be determined at time of shipment.  I use USPS money orders and checks.  Check must clear before item ships.  The transfer will be filed via eForms after payment and FFL & SOT are received.
