bigbore
Lets give this a try - I have one of the factory MP5s in my inventory that is no longer restricted per the ATF. In my eforms, I can freely add this to a Form 3 or Form 4 without the restricted warning popping up. Following Morphy's lead I'll post it here under the same policy listed when they sold theirs for almost $80K!!!!: I offer a guarantee which be valid for 120 days after I ship this MG. This gives the buyer ample time to pay for the item, have it E-file transferred to your FFL/SOT of choice, and then initiate a Form 4. Should the BATF provide written (or email) notification that this transfer application is denied due to the gun being restricted as, “Limited to use as a Sales Sample”, then I will refund the price paid, in full, upon receiving the gun back in the same condition as I shipped it. Return shipping costs are on the buyer. Certified funds received will initiate the Form 3 and I'll pay shipping to your dealer. IM or email steve@adcofirearms.com The gun is in great shape. I dont have a rental range, this MG was never rented out at MG shoots. It's a great gun, I'm just looking to cash in on this before ATF changes their mind. Gun Bunker
I sent a signed letter to the nfa branch requesting confirmation that my serial numbers are now transferable. Once I have it in writing from them the buyer and seller can keep them accountable. Im sure that will take months to get back though. When I sell mine that letter will go with the guns. Please send a signed letter to NFAfax@atf.gov and we’ll respond. If I get it back before this sells and ATF confirms in writing it is transferable, I'm going to raise the price $10K. Honestly, I have no faith in the ATF or expectations that they will allow this to transfer to an individual on a Form 4. If someone is more optimistic than me - here's your chance, at worst you're giving me a 0 interest $55K loan for maybe a month..
