SOLD-Swedish-K 9mm Training Barrel- RARE $375

For sale is an original training barrel for the Carl Gustaf M/45 (Swedish K) which is designed to only shoot blanks or the KPTR M/39  practice “gallery” ammo as described below (please note that this sale does not include any ammunition). 

CONDITION: The barrel has gray patina with remnant of red band. A red painted steel cover is also included.  You’ll need to remove this cover (blank firing attachment) when shooting the plastic/steel-BB training ammo.

 

FOR REFERENCE - KPTR M/39  practice ammo: This is gallery practice training ammunition with a black plastic projectile with blue band at the case mouth. The plastic shell disintegrates and the steel “BB” inside strikes the target.  Special cautions need to be considered when firing this ammo.  The round is a Swedish military load, used as a short range practice munition or "semiblank", comprised of a black plastic bullet and a 5mm steel ball in the tip. Again, the load was intended to be fired through the Swedish blank firing barrel without the barrel end cap installed.
