No ammo is included in this sale. Price is $4 each plus an extra $5 for flat rate shipping (no matter how many you buy). These work great with original Soumi loaders on the Swedish K, S&W 76 and MK760s. They also work great with UZIs too (as the gentleman shows in the video below. UZI Rapid Loaders are available from Numrich for $17 - Product # 762530C (their plastic clips are trash, but the loader is phenomenal).
