Keith Norman
After over 21 years in operation, NFA Investments will be shutting down effective May 31, 2024. As such, there are some NFA items which are to be liquidated. NFA Investments FFL will expire at the end of May, 2024, so any tax free (Form 3) transfers will need to be initiated before then. I have the following 2 registered M16 type Post 86 machine guns for sale along with a Post 86 M10 stripped receiver and a Post 86 stripped registered receiver Ruger 10/22 machinegun (completely stripped receiver only). These are for sale only to a current licensed manufacturer or importer with a current SOT. These will be no law letter/demo letter required for current manufacturer / importers since I am ceasing operations. The first lower half is a Rock River LAR15 which I converted back in 2003. This weapon currently has a buffer tube only but is otherwise and a complete lower half. It has been one of my two work horses for testing and demo work over the last 20 years. It’s a great shooter, but far from good cosmetically. The engraving was just plain ugly. $275.00 shipped. The second is a DPMS lower I converted back in 2005. It currently has a fixed stock and is a complete lower half. Cosmetics are far better than the rock river receiver above. This is also been one of my work horses over the last 19 years. $325.00 shipped. I have a Ruger 10/22 stripped receiver which was registered as a Post 86 machinegun a number of years back. It is a stripped receiver only with no modifications to the receiver other than it being registered and engraved. It’s a perfect item for someone who wants to try to build a full auto 10/22 themselves $225 shipped. I also have a Nighthawk brand M10 strict receiver. When my old FFL buddy Sean Cody was helping me with the conversion, the sear pin hole was drilled slightly off-center. It will most likely work just fine, but it was never assembled. $125 shipped. SOLD PENDING FUNDS I also have a couple of new stripped lowers, one is “The Jack” model with a skull on the front, and an arrow precision “Texas” receiver with the Texas cut out in the magazine well. Both were acquired and registered as short barrel rifles for a customer build, which ended up getting canceled. Both will transfer tax free on a form 3 to any current FFL/SOT. $175.00 each shipped. This includes class 3 SOT dealers. I have a number of incomplete Suppressors. I’ll be listing shortly. Most of these are registered threaded tubes only. Some have in caps and blank baffles but no holes drilled. If interested, let me know and I’ll try to get photos and more information for you. As I could not include all the photos in this post, contact me privately for photos of the items not shown in these pictures. These are NFA registered weapons and all such NFA rules supply. Electronic transfer paperwork will filed once funds are received; items will ship once NFA forms have been approved by Atf and funds have cleared. Will be glad to forward copies of the correct Form 2 serious buyers. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
