National Postal Meter M2 Paratrooper Carbine converted by S&H Arms of Collinsville, OK.  S&H Arms is the manufacturer on the form 4.  Includes one magazine.  Condition is very good -- see photos.  It runs well and you can see a video of me shooting it in the link below.  S/N is 4243583.

It's on a form 4 in my business name and in my possession in my Little Rock, AR shop.  It will transfer out of state on a electronic form 3 to your SOT dealer upon receipt of your payment.
