MG friendly range list?

If you're in Mars, we're 2 hours away at Tusco Rifle Club immediately east of Midvale OH.  We have a monthly steel shoot April through November which is open to the public and we always have lots of Class 3 stuff show up.  The rest of the time the range is members only but there are no restrictions on full-auto and very few on the firearms permitted on some of the ranges.  .50 BMG is restricted to 2 ranges and anything bigger to only one. https://www.tuscorifle.org/

If you cannot find anything in the greater PGH area you might consider driving over.  And yes Form 20s are a PITA but you can file one for the year.

If you are in the PGH area, check out Rosedale. I know they hold monthly night vision shoots in the winter and people often bring MGs to them. Even a Ma deuce and mortars. So they should be alright if you become a member.

Also, southington facility in Ohio isn't real far and is MG friendly. Not sure if they have regular open hours or not, but you'd have to check their schedule. They host a lot of events.

South of PGH, on I70 is Washington County MG range. I believe Tredd still offers memberships there and it is of course MG friendly.

I think the shooter's gauntlet range is in Eastern PA? And they host machunegun shoots.

Also Keystone indoor range in Cranberry.  They rent MGs. Nice facility.  Pricey, but available on short winter days.  Don't know if limited to pistol calibers, but I don't think so.  No beltfeds to be rented.  Plenty of posties... You can bring your own. I've never been a fan of indoor full auto. Each to his own.

I'm not a member but I help run the night shoots at Rosedale where full auto shooting is a common occurrence.

I just confirmed the club does allow full auto for general members at any time. https://www.rosedalesportsmen.org/

There is a night shoot on December 2nd if you want to come see the club and meet one of the directors. The night shoot is mainly focused on guys with head mounted night vision or white light shooting their rifles, sub guns, and pistols, but we do have an "open range" portion of the evening where people just shoot at steel from the benches.  Message me if you want more information.

Washington County Machine Gun's range is another good option. Beaver Valley is also a nice facility. Greater PGH Gun Club out by the airport might allow MGs, I'm not sure. I think Pitcairn Monroeville allows them, but again I'm not certain.

I planned on stopping at Keystone some time but looks like I waited too long.

As mentioned the steel shoots at Tusco are a good time. You definitely won’t be the only one with a subgun there.

Im a local myself. Curious as to what club just banned full auto? If you care to say.

Yes, we are still accepting new members at Washington County Tactical Range in SW PA and we allow all types of NFA items except for 2 days a year when the range is closed (Easter and Christmas).  Now the membership page states, "currently NOT accepting new memberships"  but every month we accept a few new members to replace members that didn't renew, so don't let that line stop you from applying.  Also we don't have any required meetings or required volunteer time except the initial 4-hours when you first join.

Hall's Firearms in Bowling Green, OH.

Allows Full auto up to M2 ( Tripod Only ) @ 100 yards. Range and backstop is capable of stopping a 105mm.

Best to E-mail and I will get back to you. As it is an Outdoor Range, it is weather permitting too.
