This WWII bring back MG42 is not a re-weld, it is uncut and all original. This is one of the nicest and most original examples of a MG42 we've seen. It has the date 1943 stamped on the rear of the receiver along with the model and serial number with proof marking's. It has the German proof markings everywhere as you can see in the photo's. It has the original leather sling on it and the grips are in great condition for their age. This is your chance to own an original piece of WWII history in your collection. You could say the MG42 changed the way modern militaries implement light machine guns with light infantry and you could own this Rare piece of history. It has only had two previous owners. Don't let this MG42 get away from you or your collection!
