It would pass for new, but to be 100% upfront it has been mounted to a HK Sp5 but never used/ fired/ etc. I am asking $550.00 shipped in the CONUS. I would keep the rail panels and sell it for $450.00 shipped in the CONUS too. The new panels are about $30 each on KAC's website plus shipping so consider this a lower cost option to get the rail you want at a pretty decent price.
