pinball-1
Maybe a dumb question, but who gets the approved (or denied) paperwork for a Form 4 Dealer to C&R transfer? Does it go to the dealer who sold the item, or the recipient C&R license holder? Reason I ask is I have an AFT envelope being delivered (informed delivery), and wasn't expecting anything from them. Thanks!
Colt Chopper
Paperwork is returned to the current owner who submitted the transfer. Only one time in 25 years has incoming transfer documents been mailed to me.

Turns out it was a response letter for modification of an SBR I sent in many many many months ago.
Greasegunner
It makes sense for it to go to the dealer so he can ship the item with a copy of the approved form
