GAKilo
This is an excellent example of a very rare, fully transferable SAR-48 Match select fire machinegun. The SAR-48 is known for being a high-quality FN FAL clone. Built off a desirable IMBEL receiver, Springfield produced a small number of select fire versions for the civilian market prior to the 1986 cutoff. These are a faithful clone of the "right arm of the free world." This example is in excellent condition, with minor finish wear in the normal areas outside of the ejection port and the end of the muzzle, as pictured. It comes with one as new magazine and a sling, pictured. These do not come available often, and is priced to current market and below recent comps at $32,250 shipped via overnight shipping. Payment is by wire transfer or bank/cashiers check only. We immediately eFile the Form 3 to transfer this to your dealer upon receipt of payment. Tax charged on sales to GA and AL, but this can be transferred by us to residents of these states.

What are the other parts used in the build, Belgian or USA?

Dean
Actually they were imported from Imbel (Brazil) as semi's. Springfield then converted them to full auto.

Approximately how many rounds have gone down the tube? this question comes up all the time but it would be rare for anyone to have a real answer and mostly it would be made up. unless you received an item NIB, there would be virtually no way to tell this. the youngest transferable mg out there is now 37 years old.
