The gun is an NFA Title 2 weapon (sometimes referred to as Class 3) and is fully transferable. I prefer to sell this item to a Nevada resident because the transfer process is easier. There are not many full-auto weapons available for sale, so this is an oppurtunity for anyone interested in such a weapon. Included are 1 each Magpul 30-round magazine, 10 each GI 30-round magazines and 1 each 100-round Beta Mag. This gun is on a form 4 in Las Vegas. I am asking $26,000.00.
