GAKilo
These 40mm launchers are fully transferable to civilians but not sold outside of military/LE channels and thus rarely ever seen on the civilian market. These are used police trade in launchers, VERY limited quantities available, with slight differences between them. Early bird gets the best pick! All are tested and believed to be functional, but sold as is. These are in stock and will transfer on a eForm 3 upon clearance of payment. Sales tax charged to GA and AL. If you are in AL or GA we can transfer these on a Form 4 to you, otherwise we will assist you in the transfer process to your dealer - more info below the pictures. Trades for high end firearms considered. First up - R/M Equipment single launchers, model M203-PI. R/M only sells to military & LE and will not even ship to FFLs, so these are almost never seen on the civilian market. The launchers come in a small footprint chassis with collapsible stock and flip up sight graduated to 300 yards & can be fired with the stock open or collapsed. We have never seen any sold in this configuration, so you will own something completely unique and incredibly fun! Expect surface wear as seen in the pictures and hand engraved department control number - these were used by a major police department for crowd control. Priced at $4,500 $4,250 shipped - SPF (wire transfer or certified check). ONLY ONE REMAINS! Please note that there is wear/material loss on the inside of the barrel at the muzzle as shown in the pictures. This should be inspected by a gunsmith before firing. The price has been discounted for this unit. Second - incredibly rare Penn Arms 6-barrel rotary launchers, model GL6-40 ONLY ONE LEFT SOLD. These are the wind up rotary launcher models, also rarely seen on the civilian market. Also expect surface wear and some light areas of surface rust - see pictures for example (this is the actual launcher pictured). Priced at $5,000 shipped SOLD (certified check or wire). Answers to common questions and transfer process are below the pictures. R/M Equipment Single Launcher: Penn Arms Multi Launcher - LAST ONE: ' What do I shoot in these? Common loads are 40mm chalk rounds and "beehive" inserts allowing up to 18 rounds of 22 LR to be fired at one time, or 4 rounds of .410 gauge. Yes, chalk rounds are still legal! The chalk round without the .38 S&W blank installed is an inert, unregulated item and the blank is shipped the same as normal ammo. You are legally allowed to insert the blank and then fire the round, the same as mixing a binary explosive like Tannerite. Once the blank is inserted, the round needs to be fired - it cannot be transported or stored like this. What is the transfer process? These 40mm launchers are classified as a destructive device, and will transfer on a Form 4 to you with payment of the $200 tax stamp. If you are in AL, we can transfer this to you at our Huntsville location, or if in GA, at our Marietta location, or ship to a dealer near you. The ATF allows any FFL with SOT to transfer a limited number of destructive devices each year but not all know this or feel comfortable doing so. We will work with the purchaser to find a dealer in your state willing to transfer the launcher to you. Edited August 8 by GAKilo
