Fully transferable, runs like in a watch, all parts are perfectly functional and in spec(the cocking handle is not beating the check lever off the side plate). Price is $20,000.00 + shipping and I'll pay the first $200.00. If you are local/Ohio you are welcome to pick up in person and I'll still pay for the stamp. If the buyer wants I can transfer it to my SOT and ship out on a form 3. Doing so may be faster than waiting on a Form 4 to your dealer, as all the form 4 to my SOT in the last year have only taken a month or less for approval.
